HERE IS THE MANUAL, although here are the main points you might need, we are looking forward to welcoming you!
Before You Arrive

Parking Registration: You must register your vehicle here or with the QR code in the manual to get free exhibitor parking. The deadline is Saturday morning at 10:00 am. Failure to register may result in the venue issuing a £100 fine.

Helper Registration: Artists get one free helper, and 2 discount tickets, but they must be registered here or in the manual's QR code.

Payments: Ensure your artist or trader space is paid in full before you arrive, or you will not be allowed to set up.

Equipment Rentals: If you need a bed, armrest, or lighting, book them in advance at www.showbedz.com.
Load In & Set Up

Friday Registration and set up is from 15:00 – 20:00.

Saturday Final set up is from 08:00 – 10:00.

Firm Deadline: All stands must be completely ready by 10:30 on Saturday.

Safety: No children are permitted on-site during set up or break down.
At the Show

Consent Forms: All clients must complete the digital consent form via the QR code before being tattooed.

Waste Management:

Yellow Bags: Clinical waste only. Tie them and leave them at the corridor side of your booth each night for collection.

Black Bags: General waste only.

Facilities: There is an Artist Green Room with snacks and drinks located to the right of the stage.
Load Out

Sunday: Tattooing must stop by 18:45.

Rear Doors: These will not open for load-out until 19:30, once the public has cleared.

Break Down: Scheduled for 20:00.
